Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason or incur any penalties.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@cycloptim.fr or via our contact form.
- You must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.
Returning your order
- Items must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is faulty or does not match your order.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage, whichever comes first.
- The refund will cover the cost of the item and standard delivery charges. Any additional charges for expedited shipping are non-refundable.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is faulty or does not match your order, you may request a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

- Contact us at support@cycloptim.fr with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Where possible, please include photos of the item.
- We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. certain cosmetic or food products) once the packaging has been opened
- Items that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date
